- Schedule phone and fax requests promptly and courteously manner.
- Enter all mandatory information that has to do with the scheduling features of
- Provide instructions to patients and physician’s staff on test preparation and registration.
- Deal with Orders Management System, Call Center Equipment (phones, etc.), fax machines, printers.
What Are The Requirements/Skills?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (a minimum of two years)
- Ability to use a computer.
